We are supporting search for the position of Telesales Representative (Arabic speaking) for a diversified holding company in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads engaging prospective and existing customers closing sales over the phone and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Relocation: Overseas candidates are welcome to apply and must be willing to relocate to Kuwait
Salary: KWD 300 to 350
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products and services and convert leads into sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Cross sell and upsell products where appropriate.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Meet individual sales and call targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prefer candidates with telesales customer service sales lead generation or outbound calling experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English spoken and written.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
