Expertise: T24/Temenos Transact Technical Support Integration
Job Summary
Responsible for technical analysis T24 application support troubleshooting configuration integration testing and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze T24 technical requirements.
- Support T24 modules and application components.
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and defects.
- Support interfaces and system integrations.
- Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- T24/Temenos Transact experience.
- Banking technology experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of T24 integrations and interfaces.
