ملخص الوظيفة
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of concession stands at events and kiosks. The role involves selling KDD products managing inventory handling customer transactions maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and contributing to a positive customer experience while promoting the KDD brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement function policies and follow established processes to achieve desired operational outcomes.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and make appropriate recommendations.
- Process customer orders and handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and promptly address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Promote and upsell products to support sales objectives.
- Prepare and serve KDD products according to company standards.
- Ensure products meet quality and presentation requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge and make suitable recommendations to customers.
- Monitor kiosk inventory levels and assist in product replenishment.
- Support smooth daily kiosk and event operations.
- Collaborate with team members and event organizers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosks and service areas.
- Follow food safety hygiene and company operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate concerns or suggestions to management.
- Report operational issues and customer observations that may improve service quality.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Required Qualification
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B services retail operations customer service or a related field.
Required Technical Skills
- Point of Sale (POS) system operation.
- Cash handling and transaction processing.
- Inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
- Product preparation and service standards.
- Food safety and hygiene practices.
- Basic sales and merchandising techniques.
- Customer complaint handling.
- Microsoft Office and basic reporting skills.
