The Senior Business Analyst will analyze banking requirements translate business needs into T24 functional requirements and coordinate with technical and business teams throughout implementation.

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into T24 functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare BRDs functional specifications and process documentation.
• Coordinate with T24 technical and functional teams.
• Support SIT UAT defect analysis and implementation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

• 7 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong banking domain knowledge.
• Experience with T24/Temenos Transact.
• Excellent requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders
