Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Quality Control Engineer in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of RO and desalination plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor annual maintenance activities for RO plants.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Verify equipment performance through testing and inspection.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
Required Skills
- Quality Control in industrial maintenance operations.
- RO Plant maintenance and inspection expertise.
- Desalination plant systems knowledge.
- Documentation and quality reporting.
- Problem-solving and corrective action implementation.
Preferred Skills
- ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Audit and inspection experience.
- Leadership in maintenance quality teams.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in quality control within RO plants desalination plants or similar industrial maintenance environments. Experience in annual maintenance projects and quality assurance practices is essential.
Education
- Minimum: B.E.
- Preferred: Relevant Engineering Certifications
- Additional: Quality/ISO certifications (preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
