Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Power Generation sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities in a large-scale power plant.
- Lead maintenance teams during planned and emergency shutdowns.
- Inspect boilers turbines pumps compressors and rotating equipment.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for plant reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Guide technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
Required Skills
- Mechanical maintenance of power plant equipment.
- Preventive & corrective maintenance planning.
- Shutdown and turnaround maintenance.
- Reading engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Team leadership with strong safety practices.
Preferred Skills
- CMMS knowledge.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Leadership in multicultural work environments.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a large-scale power plant. Experience supervising maintenance teams and handling critical plant equipment is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional: Relevant maintenance or safety certifications
