Key Responsibilities:

Create a lively engaging classroom that sparks creativity and excitement for learning
Develop age-appropriate interactive lessons that encourage critical thinking and exploration
Foster a positive environment where each child feels valued safe and ready to take on new challenges
Build trusting relationships with families collaborating to support each childs unique path

Requirements:

A Bachelors in Elementary Education and experience working with early elementary students
A passion for early childhood development and a talent for crafting meaningful engaging lessons
Dedication to building a joyful inclusive classroom community
