Job Description:

A Juicer is responsible for preparing and serving fresh fruit juices smoothies and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness food safety and excellent customer service. The role involves selecting and preparing fruits operating juicing equipment and ensuring the quality and freshness of all drinks served.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh fruit juices smoothies and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Wash peel cut and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing.
• Operate and clean juicers blenders and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor ingredient stock and report low supplies to the supervisor.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations when needed.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper handling of ingredients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a juicer juice maker or beverage preparer is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of fruits and beverage preparation.
• Good hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform daily preparation tasks.
