We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Instrument & Control Engineer in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Power Generation sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems in a large-scale power plant.
- Calibrate field instruments and transmitters.
- Monitor and maintain DCS and PLC control systems.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults and ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.

- DCS Operation & Troubleshooting
- PLC Systems
- Instrument Calibration
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Commissioning experience
- Root Cause Analysis
- SAP Maintenance Module
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation within a large-scale power plant environment. Experience in DCS PLC systems calibration and plant maintenance is essential.
- Minimum: B.E. Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Preferred: M.E./Relevant Technical Certification
- Additional Certifications: Instrumentation PLC/DCS Training (preferred)
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry. Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required Education:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
