ملخص الوظيفة

Lahza (لحظة a moment) is an Arabic-first AI vision platform. We turn the cameras a factory or warehouse already has into a live monitoring agent. A manager describes in plain language (Arabic or English) what a camera should watch for. A vision-language model watches the live feed and acts the moment a rule is met: an alarm an alert with a short clip or a line stop.

The role sits between our customers and our small engineering team. You need to be comfortable in a plant managers office and in a technical conversation about camera streams integration and what the system can and cannot do today. You will also be the technical voice of the customer inside Lahza telling the team what the market actually needs.

Tasks

  • Run technical discovery with operations leaders: understand their floor their cameras and the quality safety or efficiency problems worth solving and run 60-day pilots on customer sites from camera access and rules through to measured results (alert precision time to detect missed events).
  • Give clear honest demos that map to each customers real use case without overclaiming what the product does today.
  • Coordinate the on-site setup with the customers IT and engineering teams: camera streams over RTSP the on-site connector and where a line stop is needed the link to the equipment.
  • Translate what operations leaders care about into plain-language monitoring rules and set the right expectations for each the technical parts of deals: security and data-residency questions a data processing agreement and how Lahza handles footage.
  • Carry the customers needs back to product and engineering and help decide what we build next.
  • Build the repeatable parts of the motion: demo material pilot playbooks and the case for the next customer.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales sales engineering or solutions work for a technical or B2B product ideally something sold to operations manufacturing or industrial buyers.
  • Fluent Arabic and English. This is essential. You will sell to operations leaders across Saudi Arabia and the UAE and the product is Arabic-first.A real technical foundation. You can hold a credible conversation about cameras networks and integrations and a technical question on a sales call does not throw you.
  • Comfort owning a pilot from start to finish with the patience to get the details right and the honesty to report what the numbers actually who is happy in an early-stage company: little structure fast change and direct ownership of outcomes.
