Part-Time Receptionist (Remote - Egypt)

On behalf of one of our clients in the travel industry we are looking for a professional and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.

Location: Remote (Egypt)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Working Days: Monday Thursday

Working Hours: 9:00 PM 2:00 AM (Egypt Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

• Schedule appointments and manage bookings.

• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Based in Egypt.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in customer service reception or administrative support is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
