ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities (with a focus on ISO 9001):
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements emphasizing continuous improvement
Conduct regular internal audits based on ISO 9001 standards identifying nonconformities and areas for enhancement
Monitor and evaluate internal processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and achievement of quality objectives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as procedures forms and work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
Provide training and ongoing support to team members on ISO 9001 concepts and requirements to ensure full awareness and compliance
Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality reports in line with quality management principles
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role with handson application of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards including internal auditing risk management and corrective actions
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills especially in identifying and addressing nonconformities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to enhance the quality management system
Strong communication skills to convey quality standards clearly and ensure organizationwide understanding
Bachelor s degree in Quality Management Engineering or a related field ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable

Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and experience working with APIs and JSON. Solid experience with Postman for API testing and debugging. Desirable Skills: Experience with Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. One of the additional experiences : Skills in modern frameworks and technologies, including Flutter and React.
