ملخص الوظيفة
- Keep track of all infrastructure projects status/ deliverables/ delivery schedules and coordinate with team members to keep workflow on track.
- Ensure all the project deliverables are fulfilled throughout all the design stages.
- Coordinate with project managers on VOs
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current properly filed and stored.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals memos meeting minutes and emails.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives for the projects lead by infrastructure team.
- Identify and address potential gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks.
- Support to monitor and track deployment revenue cost profitability and payment collection for Projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Science in Project Management / Bachelor of Business Administration
- PMP Certification would be an advantage
