Product Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Reporting directly to the Product Director you will be responsible for driving the strategy development and of our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
- Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and postlaunch optimization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and customer support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and decisions.
- Analyze product performance metrics user feedback and market trends to make datadriven decisions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel or SQL to track KPIs and measure success.
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points needs and expectations.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 35 years of experience in product management
Technical Skills:
o Knowledge with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
o Proficiency in product management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
o understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management Technical Skills: o Knowledge with Agile/Scrum methodologies. o Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). o understanding of software development processes and technologies. Soft Skills: o Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
