ملخص الوظيفة

leading medical equipment firm in Jordan committed to providing high-quality healthcare solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Officer to ensure the seamless flow of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Documentation:

Manage and coordinate all import/export shipments (Air Sea and Land freight) for medical devices.

Prepare verify and process all shipping documents (B/L Commercial Invoices Packing Lists COO etc.).

Directly communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure the best rates and timely delivery.

Customs & Compliance:

Oversee customs clearance procedures ensuring strict compliance with Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) regulations and local customs laws.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for medical imports.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and control inventory levels in compliance with quality and medical storage standards (e.g. cold chain requirements).

Process Improvement:

Track shipment movements resolve logistical issues and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field (Essential).

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as a Logistics Officer

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms) and Jordanian import/export regulations.

Proven experience in handling Bills of Lading (B/L) and coordinating with shipping companies.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics/ERP software.

Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of MS Office Excel Excellent in English both speaking and writing are a must Communication and interpersonal skills
