ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure safety quality high productivity and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute the factorys strategic plans to support business growth and capacity expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production maintenance quality and operational processes.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while optimizing efficiency resource utilization and manufacturing costs.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads fostering a high-performance culture and organizational development.
- Ensure full compliance with quality safety environmental and regulatory standards while maintaining world-class manufacturing practices.
Required Qualifications:
Age: 40 55 years old.
Experience: Min 10 years of experience in factory management in the FMCG field.
Nationality: No restrictions.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Industrial Engineering Applied Chemistry Pharmacy or related disciplines.
Work site: Damascus Syria.
Languages: Arabic & English
