Were looking for a proactive Executive Assistant in our Jordan office to support our CEO in managing projects client relationships and internal coordination.
Tasks
- Manage CEOs calendar scheduling meetings across time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for international workshops roadshows and conferences.
- Prepare meeting materials presentations and follow-up reports.
- Assist in tracking project timelines deliverables and KPIs.
- Handle confidential company documents and communications with discretion.
- Act as a communication bridge between Jordan office Hamburg HQ and external partners.
- Support organization of product demos client workshops and internal events.
Requirements
2 years in administrative or executive support roles (startup or tech environment preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills is a MUST
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced multinational environment.
