Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Oversee our social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.
Community Engagement:
Actively interact with our community across social media platforms, fostering positive relationships and coordinating engagement campaigns such as giveaways or competitions.
Customer Service and Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for community inquiries, providing timely and helpful support to enhance user experience and satisfaction and address feedback or issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably within web3 and cryptocurrency environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to authentically connect with diverse audiences independently.
- A problem-solver mindset with a knack for providing great customer service.
- Knowledge of blockchain, web3, and crypto trends, with a passion for the crypto community.
