Warehouses Accounts Manager (R.B & Bel and Shell Accounts)

Job Description

• Lead warehousing teams for accounts (Reckitt Benckiser, Shell and Bel) with about 120 FTE and 30 Temp workers in more than 6 different locations across Egypt.
• Visiting branches on monthly basis
• Create, develop and monitor process flow chart for current and any new operation. . Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Commercial mangers regarding any new SOP, materials and suppliers.
• Apply all receive and delivery procedures for materials and finish goods in the bonded warehouses including Seal integrity check, quantity count and examination, recording, load/offload standards & storage. Assure proper and accurate recording for all materials transactions on the provided business systems and manual book.
• Keep record and report all type of incidents as per the designed format.
• Apply the equipment's operating standards to assure the safety of the operator, goods and asset.
• Track and schedule the maintenance of all equipment and arrange it with the service providers
• Apply all the storage conditions required for overall storage location.
• Coordinate with relative departments to clear the Scrap and Rejected Items. . Monitoring Promotions WH productivity and the performance according to the FP.
• Evaluate employees and submit monthly incentives reports and annual appraisal reports

Job Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience in managing employees.
• 5-7 years’ experience at warehouses and operations
• FMCG experience is preferable
• SAP experience is preferable
• HSE and experience
• High analytical skills
• People management skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Prefect English language Read & writing.
• Prefect Presentation skills
