• Customer Happiness Guru: Rock at customer service by quickly handling any questions or hiccups our clients run into. You need to be a pro at chatting and writing and savvy with tech to whip around our Warehouse Management System like a pro.
  
• Buddy System Expert: This isn t your usual customer service gig. We re talking about really getting to know our clients figuring out what they need and then knocking their socks off with custom solutions. Its all about keeping those relationships strong and friendly.
  
• Project Juggler: Get ready to take on some cool projects that come your way like putting together custom orders dealing with the big and quirky ones and whatever else the boss throws at you.
  
• Warehouse Warrior: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the warehouse action when needed especially when things get busy. From picking and packing to making sure orders are spoton youre there to ensure our customers are smiling from ear to ear.
  

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (Required)
  
• Logistics: 1 year (Required)
  
• Warehouse management system: 1 year (Required)
  
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  
• Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
  
• Been There Done That: You ve got some solid experience in making customers happy and managing accounts. Basically you know how to keep things smooth and clients smiling.
  
• Chatterbox Champion: Whether it s typing out a storm or chatting away you ve got the communication game locked down.
  
• Tech Whiz: New gadgets and systems No problem. You re quick on the uptake especially with anything like our Warehouse Management System.
  
• Warehouse KnowHow: You ve spent some time in the trenches of a warehouse so you know your way around.
  
• Logistics Pro: You ve got a handle on the logistics world which is pretty much our bread and butter.
  
• Juggling Wizard: Multitasking is your middle name and you ve got an ace up your sleeve for managing your time like a boss.
  
• Ultimate Teammate: You re all about good vibes jumping in to help out and tackling problems with a cando attitude.
  
• Marketing Moxie (Nice to Have): If you ve dabbled in marketing that s a huge plus but it s cool if you haven t.
