Job description

A Territory Sales Officer (TSO) is a professional who is responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within a specific geographic region or territory. Their main role is to promote and sell products or services to customers within their assigned area. Here are some key responsibilities of a Territory Sales Officer:

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as identifying and engaging potential new customers.

Market Research: Conducting market research to understand customer needs preferences and trends within the territory.

Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients to showcase products or services and their benefits.

Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers ensuring both parties are satisfied.

Sales Reporting: Keeping track of sales activities compiling sales reports and submitting them to the sales management team.

Product Knowledge: Staying uptodate with product knowledge features and benefits to effectively communicate this information to customers.

Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the sales team as well as marketing and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales goals.

Travel: Depending on the territorys size TSOs may need to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.

The role of a Territory Sales Officer is crucial for a companys growth as they are responsible for driving revenue and expanding the customer base within their designated region. Effective communication strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: Rs55000.00 Rs59000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:
