Test Engineer 12701

Your IT Recruiter is looking for a Test Engineer for our client.

Designs develops and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor schedules and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.

Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment testing procedures manufacturing processes or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of applicable experience in testing systems engineering design engineering manufacturing engineering or other.
Demonstrated problem solving skills with handson project experience.
Excellent communication skills presentation oral written and listening.
Selfmotivated with the ability to organize and prioritize job assignments and tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as in an integrated team and adapt to change and dynamic requirements.
Demonstrated technical writing and/or procedure development skills.
Demonstrated experience with testing automation or other lean manufacturing/testing methodologies.

Bachelor Degree in an engineering or STEM related field.

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity or Experience with any of the following: o Data Modeling o SWF/DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
