Job Description

The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the projects success. The role involves quality & test advocacy resource planning & management and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.

Additional job details and special considerations

Test and validate the HHS applications on Salesforce platform post remediation platform stabilization performance tweaking and trigger updates. This position also performs systematical testing and analyzing various aspects of product development and service delivery to detect potential flaws and ensure alignment with industry and internal standards.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Years Required/Preferred Experience

5 years of Required Skilled with Database query languages (SQL PUSQL).

5 years of Required Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.

5 years of Required Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.

5 years of Required Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating user Acceptance Testing.

5 years of Required Experience with general IT SDLC processes.

4 years of Required Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks

4 years of Required Working in an Agile SDLC environment.

4 years of Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.

2 years of Preferred Experience with Automation Testing.

2 years of Preferred Experience with Health and Human services.

IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION

The primary work location(s) will be at 701 W 51st Street Austin Texas 78751. Hybrid 2 days onsite.
