Sr. Scaffolding Engineer/ Section Head

Job Description

1. Scaffolding design is a safe engineering design according to the loads and usage.

2. Implementation and installation of scaffolding in a safe and high-quality manner.

3. Rotate scaffolding materials between different sites according to project schedules in order to save expenses and reduce the purchase process.

4. Maintaining and reusing the scaffolding in order to save costs and reduce the purchase process.

5. Issuing the monthly extract of the scaffolding for each site individually at installation prices less than 20% of the market price, which means saving more than 5 times in the event of its implementation by an external contractor.

6. Maintaining scaffolding and controlling the use of materials as fixed assets for the company.

7. Organizing the engineering inventory and inventory of scaffolding.

8. Producing various types of bricks to cover the needs of the sites at a price less than the market price by more than 15% and of the highest quality in order to save expenses instead of buying bricks from foreign companies.

9. Issuing monthly and monthly P&L for the scaffolding department to know the volume of achievement and monthly and annual savings. 10. Issuing a monthly P&L for the brick factory to know the size of the achievement and the monthly and annual savings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Civil/ Arch/ Mechanical
• from 6 to 12 years of experience in scaffolding
• A construction background is a must
