Major Activities
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements reports and records.
Handle daytoday accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices expense reports and other financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial analyses to support business decisionmaking.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and file various tax returns ensuring compliance.
Assist in the coordination of audits both internal and external and provide support in resolving audit findings.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards regulations and best practices and ensure compliance with new requirements.
Provide support to the finance team in adhoc projects and tasks as needed.
