- Be responsible of troubleshooting and fixing technical issues that may be raised by the business relating to any of the digital products in production environment
- Act as internal technical expert for the application portfolio and work within the team responsible for ongoing maintenance and support for all parts of the business.
- Act as a support point of contact for users across the enterprise and play a key role in driving changes to improve business processes through continuous review of systems.
- Recording and resolution of incidents/requests in accordance with the associated documented processes
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to identify technical and application issues, develop a detailed work plan to resolve identified issues, estimate resource requirements, and resolve identified
