Software Sales Consultant

Your Job Role

• Comprehend and collect business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Proactively provide feedback on a software application's layout and implement the newly designed features that a business needs
• Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers, and then follow up on all results
• Determine and document user requirements/ data visualizations for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Gauge the functional and non-functional requirements in a business
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and clients to discuss business issues and solutions
• Responsible for validating the status of a project with the help of user acceptance testing. They ensure that the business solutions are in line with the client's requirements

What are requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
• Must have experience in the IT industry/ practices
• A minimum of 2 years experience in IT business analysis.

• Practical application ability with Microsoft Office/ Google workspace
• Strong writing/ verbal skills
• Detailed analytical abilities
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
