Job Summary :
We re looking for a Software Engineer who is a selfstarter and can learn quickly maintain focus work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Participate and contribute in all scrum ceremonies
Develop product features committed by the team in sprints
Discussing technical issues with the onshore /offshore teams for any technical queries
Adhere to coding standards and best practice guidelines as specified.
Coordinate peer reviews for each deliverable
Defect analysis and Sprint RCAs
To carry out any other responsibility as defined in project responsibility matrix
To carry out any other responsibility assigned by PgM
To coach/mentor teams on Technology standards best practices frameworks.
Maintain regular communication with the client management.
Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands on programming experience
Minimum 3 year of hands on programming on the .NET platform using C# ASP.Net
Knowledge of software development QA methodologies & release process
Good Hands on experience in PLSQL or TSQL.
Experience working with source control tools (TFS SVN or GIT)
Exposure to Azure or any other cloud technologies
