Software Development Engineer in Test - Mobile AndroidiOS

• Develop and enhance test automation scripts tools and frameworks using Java TestNG and Appium for Android/iOS applications.
• Execute automated test plans and regression tests for mobile applications ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Define testing strategies and scope for user stories and technical development tasks.
• Provide accurate estimates on testing efforts to Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain and improve test coverage and the ratio of automated tests.
• Advocate for Automated Testing and CI/CD methodology reviewing and advising on testing methods and best practices.
• Identify investigate report and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Deliver highquality features and infrastructure to production in a timely manner.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on new tools technologies and testing disciplines.
• Work under minimal supervision demonstrating adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and strategies.
• Communicate concerns and status updates with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) manager in a timely manner.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of improving quality in software development projects.
• Strong experience in test automation with expertise in iOS/Android app testing.
• Proficiency in TestNG Java Appium and XCUITest with strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and XCode instruments.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar platforms for app automation.
• Expertise in software QA methodologies tools and processes.
• Experience in test design test automation frameworks and scripting tests.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and proficiency in Git DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data warehouses data lakes and ETL pipelines (AWS Athena Redshift Spectrum Postgres SQL etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in API automation testing using JEST Mocha REST Assured or similar frameworks is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies and remote teams is advantageous.
