About the job
Progressive Generation® Studios, a leading Animation studio, is thrilled to extend to talented Social Media Specialist professionals to join our extraordinary team. We are dedicated to creating exceptional animated content and are seeking individuals who share our passion for collaborating with us.
The applicant must be based in Amman.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, including adding new posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the page analytics.
- Monitoring the activity of competitors' social media accounts and responding to negative comments or reviews.
- Collaborating with other departments to develop content for social media channels.
- Develop strategies to increase website and conversion rates through organic.
- Manage the company’s presence on other social networking sites.
- Stay updated on best practices, trends, and innovations in monitoring and evaluation, and integrate them into project activities.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement, followership, and lead generation.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and animation, to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives.

Skills And Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area.
- Familiarity with the nuances, best practices, and specific tools of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns.
- Time management and multitasking.
