- Assist in the implementation of a sales and marketing detailed action plan.
- Assist the Marketing Specialist in developing and updating marketing material, including print, electronic, and web-based sales tools.
- Supervises all Social Enterprise’s social media accounts management.
- Develop and coordinate social media focuses and messaging with the marketing specialist, division managers, and monthly or seasonal organizations goals.
- Manages social media advertising agency and content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather qualitative and quantitative data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Collaborating with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Keeps up-to-date with Social Media trends and recommends corresponding internal development as necessary.
- Assists in tasks related to visual merchandising, event management, and exhibitions as required.
- Work with other divisions to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages.
