We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our dynamic team working on a largescale software and hardware integration effort. In this pivotal role you will facilitate the progress of either one complex agile team or several smaller teams. Your expertise will be crucial in educating teams on agile principles removing impediments and fostering an environment conducive to team dynamics and continuous improvement.
Guide selforganizing agile teams to fulfill Program Increment commitments.
Shield the team from external interruptions and scope creep.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across the ART.
Support and enforce Scrum and SAFe processes and practices.
Coach teams on agile principles driving continuous improvement and agile maturity.
US Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance.
Ability to work onsite at designated locations.
Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 4 8 years of relevant experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification.
Proficient with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills.
Experience with ServiceNow platform modules (e.g. TSM TNI OMT).
Familiarity with JIRA Git and Confluence.
Understanding of ITIL foundation or certification.
AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Technical background in System Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience with SAFe transitioning from legacy systems agile adoption test automation continuous integration/deployment Kanban and DevOps/DevSecOps.
