MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

• Plan and manage UA strategy and campaigns for multiple apps
• Drive the performance of our campaigns using LTV and cohorts analysis identify the most relevant signals and increase the ROAS of our apps
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team benchmark a wide range of creatives and trends and continuously challenge the creative strategy for enhanced user acquisition
• Design innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users through paid or organic channels
• Continuously improve our internal tools in cooperation with the BI and Tech teams
• Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members.

ABOUT YOU

• A first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing preferably in the mobile industry
• Knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Meta Ads Google Ads AppLovin IronSource TikTok DSPs etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer Adjust etc.)
• Creative and practice outofthebox thinking; have unbridled curiosity passion and strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work concurrently on and effectively prioritize a variety of projects and can work under tight deadlines
• Experience in the optimization of the SKAN Conversion Schema
• Solid experience in datadriven decisionmaking & A/B testing
• Fluent in English knowledge in French is a plus.
