We're looking for an individual who is fascinated by the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry and eager to report on the latest trends, news, and innovations in this fast-growing sector.

As a Social Copywriter at EarlyNode, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, well-researched social posts that will engage and inform our audience of tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit engaging LinkedIn Posts and Twitter Threads on SaaS industry trends, company news, product launches, and funding announcements.
• Turn newsletters, articles and original research into social media posts as well as video-scripts for our video content creators
• Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to gather information and report on the latest developments
• Conduct interviews with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts to provide unique insights and opinions
• Collaborate with the editorial team to develop compelling story ideas and contribute to the overall content strategy
• Cultivate relationships with key industry sources and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms
• Manage social media accounts, meaning to own publishing and community engagement

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social copywriting, preferably with a focus on the SaaS industry
• In love with Tech/SaaS and the industry news
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and develop comprehensive reports
• Expert in the ever-changing social algorithms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with sources and conducting interviews
