- Responsible for maintaining all Quality Management systems as well as HSE PPMs and records and following up on implementation through Internal Audits.
- Responsible for all documentation in relation to health and safety, keep all documentation and safety manuals up-to-date and distribute appropriately within TAJ ALSAFA’s project.
- Participating in the implementation of emergency response or disaster recovery plans in the event of an incident
- Implementing QHSE programs within TAJ ALSAFA’s project(s) and preventing or correcting quality non-conformities and unsafe environmental working conditions.
- Performing quality/work environment evaluations, inspections, and audits to ensure employees compliance with company QHSE policies and procedures
- Inspecting work in progress to ensure conformity with QHSE specifications and requirements, standards, and Procedures, and providing advice to resolve problems.
- Conducting and documenting regular QC checks, inspections, and work environment evaluations and reviews
- Conducting general QHSE induction for the new employees.
- Reporting incidents or accidents related to QHSE & participating in investigations, and recommending corrective actions.
- Follow-up on resolving non-conformities and assurance of implementation
- Participating in hazards identification and reporting and reporting all observed unsafe acts
- Undertaking compliance checks on procedural and safety practices.
