ABEC is looking to hireSenior Site Architecture Engineerwith the details below:

Duties:

• Developing the project method of statement and work plan.
• Prepare submittals for materials and shop drawings.
• Solve technical problems.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment.
• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Making shop Drawings finishing works and QS.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
• Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Monitor progress quality, time, budget and compile reports in project status.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
