We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our ServiceNow implementation efforts. This role involves working with both external and internal stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance service delivery through ServiceNows suite of services.
Lead the configuration development and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM OMT TSM and TSOM modules.
Design and implement custom Forms Reports Workflows Dashboards and tool integrations (e.g. Elastic Netcool Kafka).
Mentor junior developers guiding them through project complexities and promoting best practices.
Collaborate across functions to meet business needs for ServiceNow configuration implementation and support.
US Citizenship required.
Active DoD Secret clearance and Security certification (or ability to obtain within 14 days of start).
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
6 years of experience in technology infrastructure design development and support.
4 years of ServiceNow development experience including experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Agile development and testing methodology familiarity.
Experience with ServiceNows TSM TNI OMT modules JIRA Git and Confluence.
ITIL foundation certification or better.
Experience in AWS cloud services SAFe agile methodology DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementations.
