Senior Project Manager

• Define project scope milestones and critical path.
  
• Coordinate with consultants trades public officials and internal team members throughout all project phases.
  
• Manage construction process including resource allocation and risk assessment.
  
• Lead design and coordination meetings.
  
• Monitor project finances forecasting and reporting.
  
• Coordinate development and permit applications.
  
• Conduct project reviews and generate necessary reporting.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in Hi Rise/Multi Residential construction.
  
• Bachelors degree in planning engineering architecture or construction management or equivalent experience.
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Microsoft Project and Excel.
  
• Experience managing highrise/multifamily residential construction projects.
  
• Development experience essential.
  
• Ability to analyze drawings and manage budgets effectively.
  
• Resilience and ability to work well under pressure.
