- Support the selection of new partners by developing relevant systems and procedures to assess partner proposal packages and providing technical support throughout the entire selection process, including management of the website and other communications platforms and analysis of results.
- Contribute to the development of guidance and systems to capture ISHA’s contribution to localization, Grand Bargain, and other initiatives.
- Provide input into the creation of processes for tracking and measuring the delivery, effectiveness, and impact of capacity strengthening activities.
- Support the development of internal information systems including the setup of a core database to store all data related to ISHA’s indicators, including but not limited to Tola or other systems. This could also include helping teams to use project management tools to streamline work flows and information flows.
- Support the development and improvement of templates, formats, and guidance for sub-project data collection and reporting for use by selected partners.
