About the job
Brief Job Description
- Packaging senior operator perform automatic packaging activities; primary packing activities.
- Packaging senior operator perform automatic packaging lines set-up and run in accordance with the validated settings and parameters beside serialization/aggregation activities.
- Packaging senior operator perform automatic packaging lines change over & cleaning activities.
- Packaging senior operator perform GMP documentation and recording of activities.
- Packaging senior operator follows established procedure and guidelines to produce quality product on time, This must be done while maintaining compliance to cGMPs, as well as SHE obligations and AZ standards.
- Packaging senior operator carry out autonomous maintenance - resolving minor automatic packaging lines stoppages with minimal engineering support.
- Packaging senior operator participate in material management through receiving/return of materials from/to warehouse and transferring of finished goods to warehouse in addition to required SAP transaction.

Job Responsibilities
Following SHE and GMP;
- Adhere and follows Code of conduct
- Ensure own work is compliant with health, safety and cGMP
- Represent his/her area in SHE committee and influence SHE culture in his/her area.
- Participate in investigations related to SHE deviations and incidents.
- Participate in annual update of BOSHE in his/her area.

Quality compliance;
- Ensures line equipment is set-up and run in accordance with the agreed settings and parameters.
- Active participate in continuous improvement in daily activities.
- Perform batch records review and required SAP transactions.
- Participate in his/her area instructions and records.
- Participate in investigations related to quality deviations and complains.
- Participate in first class batch improvement in his/her area.

Supply;
- Participate in achieving his/her area weekly schedule adherence.

Lean Program;
- Lean KPI’s are understood and followed in daily work effectively.
- Participate in implementing lean activities (TPM, SMED, 5S) to achieve required OEE/productivity figures

People;
- Participate in training and improvement of the capabilities of other team members to insure improvement in team skills.

Essential
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluent Arabic language (read, write, listen and speak)
- Fair English language (read and writes).
- Ability to execute required tasks
