- Coordinate with department heads to ensure all hiring requests are completed according to Recruiting Policies and Procedures of Mercy Corps, advising hiring managers on PD scaling and salary scale.
- Responsible for the recruitment process of national staff according to MC recruitment process following all the required recruitment steps such as: kickoff meeting, advertisement screening CVs, …..making sure that staff are following all required steps such as advertisement, shortlisting of CVs and interviews. Participate in the recruitment process on behalf of the HR department.
- Ensure that Mercy Corps country personnel hiring strictly adheres to Country labor law and other laws as applicable. That includes payment of appropriate taxes, benefits, security clearance of candidates before hiring etc.
