- Prepare all the documents and contracts for the national employees
- Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Managing the HR system functions.
- Managing employees relations, conducting staff meetings when needed .
- Developed and updated policies and procedures pertaining to Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Functioning as a key decision maker in the finalization of compensation of staff members, and administering control over various benefits and facilities provided to employees.
