Core Functional Responsibilities

• Create, plan and conduct onboarding
  
• Assisting in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
  
• Organising employee policies and
  
• Providing support to employees in various HR related
  
• Assist in development and implement HR policies and
  
• Create and update job
  
• Gather data and analyze the HR metrics and develop implementation
  
• Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and source potential candidates from online channels
  
• Craft Recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes and application forms
  
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  
• Updating Employee data base on our portal
  
• Gather information on attendance and leave data as and when required
  
• Co-ordinate with Accounts team on the payroll processing details
  

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  
• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day to day activities
  
• Participate in weekly review meetings with various ;
  
• Work with reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams

Requirements

• Masters degree specializing in HR or any relevant field from a reputed Institute
  
• Good conceptual knowledge in recruitment cycle
  
• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
  
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Must have a Computer, Smartphone and uninterrupted internet connection with noise cancellation headphones
  
• Must have to available from 1pm to 6pm everyday in Virtual office
