Mission
Deel is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Expansion Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Expansion Operations Manager Manager, your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Deel's platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, functional departments and other relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize basic SQL and data skills to analyze project metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Proactively initiate and drive improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Technical background with basic SQL and data skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results and a "get things done" attitude.
