Senior Cost Control Engineer

Job Description

• Follow upaccurate & comprehensive workable budget and cost control plans.
• Generateprojects’ monthly cost control reports according to company’s standard Form and associated back-up.
• Analyzeproject expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
• Analyzematerial purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.
• Monitorthe status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and sub-contractors.
• Provideon-going technical support to Construction Team.
• Reviewproject invoice status on a monthly basis.
• Prepareand support the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
• Fulfillall the requirements of Project control Department regarding the department databases.
• Preparethe following:
• Project Cash flow & submit monthly status analysis.
• Project close-out report.
• Providementorship and guidance to Cost Controllers within the team.
• Handlerelated special assignments if required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering
• Minimum 5 Years Experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office
