Job Responsibilities
Effectively manage, prioritize and close the hiring needs of the business.
Close the positions in quick turnaround time
Hands-on Experience in Sourcing resumes through any job portal, LinkedIn, Github, Google X-ray etc.
Should have a strong understanding about requirement and give solutions to business if required.
Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand the need, develop plan for requirement fulfilment
Have a plan for building a candidate pipeline that keeps into account conversion and decline trend for their respective groups
Timely updated and maintaining correct data in the ATS and trackers.
Research and gather market intelligence through portals/vendors and share it with the business
Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholder s business leaders, hiring managers, candidates etc
Recommend tangible solutions to fulfil hiring needs of the business
Effectively communicate with the candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
Have effective and impactful conversations with the candidates to ensure quick closure and good experience
Have a thorough understanding of the recruiting processes and tools
Effectively leverage technology wherever possible
