Senior Architect

Job Description

• Carry out design review & Coordination for all construction documents (Drawings, BOQ’s and Specs) for buildings types and master plan items submitted from External Consultants.
• Prepare design tabulation and area analysis for various types of projects.
• Preparing periodical Progress Reports.
• Follow up Works Progress for Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
• Participate in Preparing initial action Plans and outline design schedules for new Projects.
• Follow up Value Engineering application in Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
• Participate in Managing coordination with External Consultants with Projects Managers

Job Requirements

• Excellent and talented architectural design
• Excellent and talented 3D-Max & V-ray program
• Excellent in Photoshop – AutoCAD
• Sketchup – Lumion are advantage
• Very good personal skills and attitude
• Able to work under pressure and fast track schedules
