Assist the finance and admin director in preparing the organization's strategic and operational plans and budgets.
Perform periodic planning of the organization's administrative functions/activities taking into consideration the program and project plans and the needs of departments and country offices.
Prepare and update the annual procurement plans/goals.
Plan and implement all procurement activities, prepare quotations and bids for procurement operations, issue purchase transactions/orders, and follow up on the implementation in accordance with established work procedures.
Conduct field visits to the country offices and identify the needs of building maintenance, equipment, hospitality purchases, cleaning supplies, and others.
Prepare and manage the organization's contracts (service & purchasing) including (lease, maintenance, technical support, etc.).
Prepare agreement drafts for suppliers, services providers, etc.
Maintain assets inventory data completed, updated, recorded, and archived.
Manage the annual inventory physical count as required by policy.
Report periodically on procurement, administration, and maintenance as requested.
