- Drafts basic correspondence, collects data and reflects every important event in the office log book (such as name and time for: visitors, contractors, suppliers, people who have interviews, etc.).
- Responsible for managing access to NRC offices, and preventing unauthorized access.
- Responsible for opening and locking NRC offices, including management of keys.
- Responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, and other safety monitoring and reporting any security related issues or breaches to the admin team leader.
- Accompanies NRC visitors or maintenance persons to the desired offices.
- Responsible for recording deliveries of assets and keeping appropriate documentation.
