- Facilitating and leading main agile events, to ensure regular progress (sprint planning, retro, daily and Demo), as well as backlog sizing and planning.
- Ensure setting the definition of Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for each feature along with Product Owner and Scrum Team, as well as the definition of done (DoD).
- Avoid/Remove impediments preventing development progress.
- Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress.
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Handling and facilitating communications and reporting.
- Coaching the team, within the Scrum principles, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product.
